The iconic Estée Lauder cosmetics brand Smashbox came to IV.AI looking for a unique way to engage their customers. They used our platform to create a conversational search index that enabled seamless product discovery and a Messenger bot to create connection with the audience. Customers now have a simple way to view new products with easy discovery the way you would when you talk to a beautician. In the Messenger experience customers are able to try on products and share the results with friends or followers.
