The iconic Estée Lauder cosmetics brand Smashbox came to IV.AI looking for a unique way to engage their users and for them to have more fun with their already playful brand. Together we decided a Facebook Messenger Bot would be an interesting way to show their users new products, while easily discovering the products with free text search the way you would talk to a beautician, trying on the products and sharing the results with friends and followers.
